Step One: Once you complete an order for our spray. Complete our medical questionnaire to gain acceptance into our treatment plan. Our health professionals will review your questionnaire, and upon approval, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your order.
Step Two: Respond to the confirmation email with your full name, delivery postcode, and five photos of your head (front, back, left side, right side, top). Ensure the photos are clear and taken in good lighting.
Step Three: Every 28 days, you’ll receive an email confirming the dispatch of your new hair loss treatment spray. Reply to this email with the same information and photos as in Step Two. This allows our experts to monitor your progress throughout your journey, which is required every 28 days.
Step Four: If after 180 days you feel the treatment hasn’t worked, contact our medical team for a full refund between day 180 and day 210. Our team will review your case, and if the treatment hasn’t had the desired effect, we’ll refund you as part of our money-back guarantee.

- Refund requests are accepted only after 180 days from the first shipment date and no later than 210 days from the first shipment date.
